Mazipan OS

FORWARD CAPACITY RESERVATION SYSTEM  |  October 2026
From concept to service, a single platform for forward power, compute and fiber capacity reservations.

Overview

Mazipan OS enables institutional buyers to reserve future power, compute and fiber capacity before it is built. Forward reservations provide a governed record of prospective demand and commitments that can support project development, financing and construction.

The platform connects project sponsors, capacity buyers, escrow agents, insurers, lenders, equipment manufacturers, contractors and public agencies in shared, role-based workflows. Mazipan OS provides orchestration and transaction infrastructure. It is not a project developer, EPC contractor or provider of regulated financial services.

How the Platform Works

Platform Layer Purpose
Demand Declare demand and reserve future capacity
Credit Determine reservation eligibility and deposit requirements using buyer credit tiers

Intelligence Provide lender, insurance and market information from the project record

Each project has an organized operational record for milestones, reservations and authorized counterparties. Independent administrators, auditors and valuation firms remain responsible for their respective determinations.

Institutional Workspaces and Access

Organizations access their authorized workspaces through one sign-in. Fees are flat, published by role, and do not depend on the value of capacity sold or capital raised.

Workspace Access / Seat Fee
Sponsor / Developer $25,000 per project per year from opening for reservations, including three named seats ($5,000 per additional seat); concept-stage listings free; discounted 2-, 3- and 5-year terms when prepaid
OEM / EPC Complimentary pilot; thereafter $15,000 first seat and $7,500 each additional seat
Buyer Portal Free for up to three seats per buyer organization
Escrow, Advisor and Public / Development Agency Free
Facility Providers / Lenders Custom enterprise access via Lender Intelligence; invitation or by agreement

How a Capacity Reservation Works

Buyers pay no Mazipan OS platform fee on reservations. Deposit and letter-of-credit arrangements are subject to applicable agreements and the escrow agent's commercial acceptance.

Projects, Partners and Contact

Mazipan OS is in its institutional pilot phase. Featured projects are organized by development stage. Alaska IDI (Integrated Digital Infrastructure), a development-stage flagship project, contemplates approximately 1 GW in Phase 1 with a longer-term scale of up to 10 GW. A listed project is not necessarily permitted, financed or built.

Marsh McLennan is the preferred insurance advisor for the institutional pilot framework. Truist Bank (A1) is the designated escrow agent for Capacity Escrow Deposits. Services are provided by the relevant independent institutions under separate agreements.

Important notice: Mazipan OS is an institutional infrastructure software platform by 54 Projects LLC. 54 Projects LLC is an alternative asset manager and platform operator, not a financial advisor, placement agent or broker-dealer. This fact sheet is not an offer of securities or investments. Escrow, insurance, financing and backstop services are provided independently and subject to their own agreements. A 54 Projects affiliate may participate as a project sponsor on the same published sponsor terms; see the Conflicts Policy. Features, terms and fees may change.
