Gus Udo is the Founder and CEO/CIO of 54 Projects LLC, an alternative asset manager and platform developer building institutional operating systems for real-world assets. He leads the development of Mazipan OS, the firm’s platform for global digital infrastructure, and CurateAI, its platform for art, collectibles and alternative assets.
Gus has more than 40 years of experience across emerging-markets fixed income, structured products and fintech. He built the $7B+ supply-chain finance auction platform that transformed supplier financing for Airbus SAS, one of the earliest institutional fintech-enabled invoice auction marketplaces.
He began his career as a financial analyst at Shearson Lehman Brothers, in general industrial finance and the firm’s Financial Institutions Group. He is a graduate of Harvard College and the London School of Economics, and serves on the Governance & Leadership board of the Center for the Study of African Societies and Economies (CSASE) at Harvard Law School.
