Platform Structure & Affiliations

Mazipan OS is operated by 54 Projects LLC.

Some projects listed on the platform are sponsored by affiliates of 54 Projects LLC. These currently include Alaska IDI, whose development rights are to be held by IDI Projects LLC (in formation) and its project companies. Listings by affiliated sponsors are labeled as such on the home page.

1. COMMITMENT TO NEUTRALITY

Mazipan OS is committed to operating a fair and transparent platform for all participants. This policy explains how we identify and manage conflicts of interest that arise because the platform operator is affiliated with some project sponsors.

2. AFFILIATED SPONSORS

2.1 Who They Are

An affiliated sponsor is a project sponsor under common ownership or control with 54 Projects LLC. At present this is IDI Projects LLC (in formation), which is to hold the development rights for Alaska IDI and form project companies for it as needed.

2.2 Clear Identification

Projects of affiliated sponsors carry the label “Sponsor affiliated with the platform operator (54 Projects LLC)” on the home page, with a link to this policy.

3. EQUAL TREATMENT

3.1 Same Rules for Every Sponsor

Affiliated sponsors follow the same rules as every other sponsor for listing, reservations and escrow.
Fee terms that apply to affiliated sponsors are disclosed to other participants on request.

3.2 Project Phases Are Confirmed From Evidence

Each project is shown at one of four phases: Concept, Development, Construction or Live.
The phase is confirmed by the platform operator against published criteria and is never self-declared by a sponsor, affiliated or not.
Where a project’s listings are at different phases, the earliest phase is shown.

3.3 Featured Projects and Visibility

The platform operator selects which projects appear on the home page, with each sponsor’s agreement.
Affiliated projects may be featured, and always carry the affiliation label when they are.
Marketplace search and filters apply the same criteria to all listings.

4. DATA SEPARATION AND OPERATOR ACCESS

4.1 What Each Participant Sees

Each sponsor sees only its own listings, reservation requests and buyer information.
Equipment suppliers and contractors see only aggregated, anonymized demand, never buyer identities.
Escrow agents see only the escrow accounts they hold.

4.2 Operator Access

Platform administrators at 54 Projects LLC have operational access to platform data and use it only to operate the platform. Operator activity and affiliated-sponsor activity are carried out through separate accounts.

5. ESCROW

Reservation deposits are to be held by an independent escrow bank, not by 54 Projects LLC or its affiliates, and released only against agreed milestones.

6. ROLE OF 54 PROJECTS LLC

54 Projects LLC operates the platform. It does not act as a financial advisor, placement agent or broker-dealer, and nothing on the platform is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell securities.

7. RAISING A CONCERN

Any participant who believes they have been treated unfairly because of a conflict of interest may write to conflicts@mazipanos.com.

Concerns will be reviewed and answered within 30 business days.

8. POLICY UPDATES

This policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be posted prominently on the platform and communicated to all registered users.
